In this installment of the series that never dies, I'm not really sure what to say. I kept on be dumbfounded at each response. So, I'll let the screenshots speak for themselves. Enjoy.
For those of you who don't know, I'm experienced the full lot of ridiculous and strange responses to my never-ending effort to sell !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ; now deemed The Unsellable Car.

And here's the addendum.
You can catch up on my other articles in the 'Shit I Have To Put Up With' series here.

2K-6K for an S2000.
That's like, so reasonable dude.

That's the first time someone's made an offer containing a number that was less than I have in it.
I didn't think that was possible.

I make money off the internet.
Holy fuck... This is everyone's cousin who makes a shit ton of money working part time on the internet with a monthly car allowance who drives a brand new BMW... You found them.

Lol he's probably in Vemma or Herbalife.

At this point, even once the car sells, you should keep it listed. These are some of my favorite posts...they remind me that it isn't just me going through this while selling cars.

It's distasteful, but it works. Really well actually.
Not everyone knows exactly what they want when car shopping.

Ahahaha. My friend tried so hard to get me to be a part of Vemma. To the point I had to ignore her for a few weeks because that's all she talked about.
Like yo I've been instantly dropping the conversation like a fresh turd in a paper bag every time you bring it up because I'm too nice to tell you to shut up. Take a goddamn hint.

Huh, well I guess I wouldn't be that good at selling then...
also, does Murdersofa Jake have a manual car to drive at this Autocross yet? Something something previous post something something

Oh, these posts won't ever end. I flip cars; I'll always have shit like this happening. I've got 3 for sale now. They just happen to be the worst on this car.

Autocross is 99.9999% not happening. 90% chance of snow on Saturday. It's going to be a high of 30 with a wind chill of god knows what. I don't want to be working the course standing out in that.
![]() 11/13/2014 at 22:18 |

SHIT I forgot about having to work the course...
maybe we could convince them to just let everyone hoon?
Also, is C&C still on for Saturday morning?

I despise them so much. They make real young successful people look bad.
They try so damn hard to present this image that they're so successful when they just aren't. They're spending a ton of their money just to look like they have a ton of money.
Eventually that points going to come in a couple years when their friends start graduating college, getting salary jobs, and leave them behind. That's when they'll realize what a large mistake they made. It's like a linear graph compared to an exponential one.
I'm not saying college is always the answer, but 'multilevel marketing' sure as hell isn't.
Rant over.

I would imagine that's because the sort of people who send offers like that are predisposed to like cars like the S2K. I seem to have that sort of thing happen most while selling Mustangs and F-Bodies...if I get somebody offering me half my asking price on a Mustang, I think "hey, this guy might be serious."

I'll give you $1000 and 3 McDoubles.

C&C should still be on.
They're deciding Friday afternoon on the fate of Sunday's autocross. It's in an email to everyone.

I had never heard of Vemma until now. One lady in my parents' neighborhood calls me very 6 months or so about Juice Plus. Apparently me not answering her calls or calling her back ever doesn't get the message through.

I've sold a couple Mustangs, didn't experience too much like that. But of course, people wanting S2000 are normally bros; I knew that going into this one. I had a bit of that on the GTO I had a couple months ago. I sell boring stuff too, and luckily nothing like that happens on those.

Any Google search will tell you what they are. But you get the jist; pyrmid scheme.

All of those companies make me so angry. People talk about how bad WalMart is but most people who work for those MLM companies lose money. $8/hr may or may not be a living wage (not interested in discussing that here) but at least it's positive.

I want the S2000. For Trade I have a Chevrolet Cavalier with 119,000 miles on it, and a check engine light.

Oh gosh I love this series. Excuse me while I go make you a stupid offer just so I can see you write about it. In all seriousness, don't take these people too seriously. They're bitter that they can't afford the car, so they take it out on you. Money does that to people. I realize that sounds snobby. It's not meant to. I think these people are just greedy.

It really doesn't bother me. Shit I Have To Put Up With was just the snappy title I thought of for the first article.
At the end of the day, they've said some weird things through text and I've still got an S2000 in the garage. It's been paid for, and its no financial burden upon me, so I'm cool holding on to it.

Should've busted the bulb on the Check Engine. That's the Craigslist way.
